The Effect of Learning Management by 7E Learning Cycle to Develop Learning Achievement, Analytical Thinking and Attitude Towards Seminar on Criminal Law of the 4th Year Law Students at Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the effect of the 7E learning cycle to develop learning achievement, analytical thinking, and attitude towards seminar on the criminal law of the 4th year law students at Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University. The sample group is 35 people’s 4th-year student's in-laws program of the second-semester academic year 2019 at law Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University. There was obtained through Cluster Random Sampling. The research instruments were the test of achievement in the course of the Seminar on the Criminal Law of 4th-year law students who has received learning management by using the 7E learning cycle. The test of analytical ability in the course of the Seminar on the Criminal Law of 4th-year law students. The test of attitude towards learning in the course of the Seminar on the Criminal Law of 4th-year law students who has received learning management by using the 7E learning cycle. The data were analyzed using averages standard deviation and the test statistic (t-test) by dependent sample form.
The results of the research revealed as follows:
- The 4th-year law students in Seminar on Criminal Law course that was managed
by using the 7E learning cycle had higher learning achievement than before learning at the .05 level of significance. - The 4th-year law students in Seminar on Criminal Law course that was managed by using the 7E learning cycle had analytical thinking skills higher than before at the .05 level of significance.
- The attitudes of the 4th-year law students in Seminar on Criminal Law course that was managed by using the 7E learning cycle had an overall attitude agreement.
