Abstract
This article built upon the recent business trends that has proposed the green innovation and environmental management for sustainability the role of competitive advantage for Thai entrepreneurs. It is considered as the business solutions for Thai entrepreneurs in term of being differentiation in products and services as well as gaining competitive advantage over competitors. These strategies include green products creation, environmental process development and environmental-friendly management model with green innovation in order to build up positive customer relationship. Furthermore, entrepreneurs can apply them as the firm strategy formation guideline for developing customer relationship and being competitive for sustainability performance.
