Development Guidelines for Community Enterprise Operations: A Case Study of Rung Tawan Herb Community Enterprise, Huai Muang Subdistrict, Phu Pha Man District Khon Kaen Province

Abstract

         This article is a qualitative research which describes the development development guidelines for community enterprises: a case study of Rung Tawan Herb Community Enterprise, Huai Muang Sub-district, Phu Pha Man District. Khon Kaen Province There are three objectives of study. First, study the internal management of the group. Second, study the problems and obstacles in the group's operations. And finally Study appropriate guidelines for group group development

         The researcher collected data in 2019 by using in-depth interview with a total of 15 people by sampling. By dividing the target group into internal groups consisting of group president And a group committee of 10 people. The relevant external groups consist of Village Headmen, Village No. 3, President of Community Developers, Huay Muang Subdistrict Administration Organization. And 5 developers from Phupha Man District through the qualitative interview tool. Marketing channels are still narrow among the original users. And the lack of a network of producer groups to exchange knowledge.
