Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the model of transformative learning and decision making on the sub district administration organization effectiveness in the upper of the North Eastern 1. The 482 respondents of the sample are the president, vice president, head officer, officers and staff of sub district administration organization. In order to data analysis, means, standard deviation, frequency and ratio including exploratory and common factor analysis were used and sent to 15 experts for checking and accredit the model. The result shows that the means of transformation leadership and its components are high level meanwhile the means of decision making and its components are also high level except the sudden decision making presents moderate level. The means of the sub district administration organization effectiveness and its components are high level. However, the factor components model such as intellectual stimulation and individual considerations, influence and predict sub district administration organization effectiveness significantly at .05
