The Impact of Dhama Principle and the Local Politician Personality on Political Performance in the Upper North Eastern 1
Abstract
This research aims to study the impact of the components of Dhama principle and local politician personality in the upper North Eastern 1. The statistic analysis on 378 respondents are means, correlation, and regression have been used before interviewed by 20 experts. The results present that the components of Dhama principle and local politician personality which impact on political performance are time and community, nutrition, extroversion, and political skill explain significantly with the analysis of variance at .05 and correlation forecast coefficient at .05. Besides, the means value is high and related significantly in the same direction at .01. Hence, local politician practically could behave in activities or self-development project to enhance the efficiency and high level of political performance.
