Abstract

The ability to analyze qualitative values is an academic art that will classify them and what they are. Data analysis is an important step in the research process, which, if there is a discrepancy, will cause the research results to be wrong implicitly. Therefore, data analysis means organizing and separating various components of evidence or data into categories in order to respond in accordance with the stated objectives or assumptions. There are generally 3 important steps of data analysis as follows ; (1) classify data, (2) to analyze by appropriate technique, and (3) present the results of analysis. However, there are many questions what form of presentations can qualitative data analysis be presented in, and how?, thus, this article presents the basic presentation form of qualitative data analysis in order to be guidelines for qualitative researchers will be applied in creation of academic works. The presentation forms of the qualitative data analysis are as follows; (1) the classification : means to separate of data types according to its nature such as types, processes, hierarchy, structure etc.. (2) the components : means to tell components of data or information what components there are, such as main components, sub-elements, indicators, etc. (3) the causal factors : means to find factors that are related or affecting each other such as telling the cause, specifying the condition, the effect of two things, the relationship of two things, influencing the success or failure, etc. (4) the forecast : means to predict the future situation of what will happen and how. (5) the competency : means to list the capabilities of one thing such as weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, treat etc. (6) the knowledge audit : means to assess the information available or perceived as knowledgeable or not by bringing the theory to check and audit. (7) the concept or theory of navigation : means to explain or tell a story by using one concept or theory or model as a path to explain. (8) the principles search : means Explain the phenomena that occur according to what the theory is or to establish new theory. (9) the benchmarking : means to compare one thing to another or compare it to the standard model of how the characteristics are different. (10) the identify key points : means priority identification in order to use the main points for advantage. And (11) the analysis for synthesis : means Identifying data components and synthesizing them or creating new things. However, this presentation form of qualitative data analysis is just one concept that author has tried to compile be used as a preliminary study methodology.
