A Management Good Governance of Effectiveness at Nongbua Subdistrict Municipality, Kanchanaburi Province

Abstract

         The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the factors influence the effectiveness good management at nongbua subdistrict municipality ; 2) to study the effectiveness level good management at nongbua subdistrict municipality ; and 3) to propose a good management effectiveness model at nongbua subdistrict municipality. The population of this research was nongbua subdistrict municipality, research personnel at nongbua subdistrict municipality divided into 2 parts is 1) political and 2) Operations Department, of 59 people. The research instrument in this study were questionnaires and interviews with a confidence equal.8995. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. And test the hypothesis by correlation. Statistical multiple regression and statistical analysis path. The research findings revealed that.

         Good management factors in overview revealed include, there is a highest practical level. Ranked from the highest mean to lowest mean as follows, transparency, integrity and human resource development.

         The level of the effectiveness at nongbua subdistrict municipality found that with the level of high success. When considered, the average from most to least, is the development organization, internal processes and the lowest is the supply and allocation of resources.

         Important factors that could explain the effectiveness of good management at nongbua subdistrict municipality, transparency, management, efficiency and learning organization. The effects of adaptive management model that affect the effectiveness of good management at nongbua subdistrict municipality. Include the transparency, efficiency, learning organization and management.

         Suggestions of policies 1) the provision of public services to meet the needs of the people ; 2) create a channel for transferring knowledge among people coupled with external knowledge ; 3) equity budget allocation into all sectors and the policy of Shared vision in organizations ; 4) allowing people to participate in inspections in every step of the operation to ensure transparency as required by law ; 5) the preparation and planning of the budget, in the development of personnel, materials and equipment by taking into account the interests of the people in accordance with the sufficiency economy philosophy ; 6) Allow people to participate in thinking and decision making About appropriate development projects and activities ; 7) Providing sufficient information technology equipment to meet the demand

         Suggestions for further research 1) should be a model management framework that affect the effectiveness at nongbua subdistrict municipality to the other areas in the country or local government and was higher to prove this concept ; 2) should be studied factors and model in the management of other dimensions, which may result in the form of management that affect the effectiveness of the different sub-district municipalities ; 3) should be applied and integrated concepts of effectiveness, many ideas were used as a basis to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the organization, which makes the content of the effectiveness of the organization as possible.
