The Relationship Between leadership and Moral Ethics Based on Dasarajadhamma of Phrapariyattidhamma School’ Administrators in Nakhon Phanom Province
Abstract
The purposes of this 1) study The leadership of Phrapariyattidhamma School’ Administrators in Nakhon Phanom Province; 2) The Moral Ethics Based on Dasarajadhamma of Phrapariyattidhamma School’ Administrators in Nakhon Phanom Province; and 3) The Relationship Between leadership and Moral Ethics Based on Dasarajadhamma of Phrapariyattidhamma School’ Administrators in Nakhon Phanom Province. The samples consisted of 112 school administrators and teachers of Phrapariyattidhamma School in Nakhon Phanom Province by Purposive Sampling. The instrument used in data collection was a five-rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination power between 0.35 and 0.92, and the reliability of 0.91. The statistics employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson‘s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results were fount that (1) the leadership of Phrapariyattidhamma School’ Administrators in Nakhon Phanom Province were at the high level in overall and individual aspects. (2) The Moral Ethics Based on Dasarajadhamma of Phrapariyattidhamma School’ Administrators in Nakhon Phanom Province were at the high level in overall and individual aspects. (3) The Relationship Between leadership and Moral Ethics Based on Dasarajadhamma of Phrapariyattidhamma School’ Administrators in Nakhon Phanom Province overall and individual was found there were positive relationship with statistical significance at the level of .01
