Abstract

          The purposes of this research are: 1) to study perception level in the implementation following the policy of moderate class more knowledge of academic teachers; 2) to study participation level in the implementation following the policy of moderate class more knowledge of academic teachers; and 3) to find the relationship between perception level and participation level in the implementation following the policy of moderate class more knowledge of academic teachers in school under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya primary educational service area office 1. The sample was selected from 117 academic teachers, who were selected by a stratified random sampling. The research instrument in the study was a 5-level rating scale perception questionnaire with a reliability at 0.98 and participation questionnaire with a reliability at 0.95. The statistical tools used for data analysis are mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient.


          The results indicates that: 1) perception in the implementation following the policy of moderate class more knowledge of academic teachers overall aspect were found in a most level. The highest mean was found in curriculum, followed by learning management. The lowest mean was the post-practice test; 2) participation in the implementation following the policy of moderate class more knowledge of academic teachers overall aspect were found in a most level. The highest mean was found in participation in evaluation, followed by participation in planning. The lowest mean was participation in activities; and 3) perception level showed positive relationship with participation level in the implementation following the policy of moderate class more knowledge of academic teachers in a high level at a statistical significant level of .01.
