Organization Development to be Driven Organization by Innovation Culture of Surin Educational Institute

Abstract

         This research aimed to study level and factors affecting the organization development to be the driven organization by innovation culture, including study the suggestion for strengthening the innovation culture driving, this was hold in Surin educational institute. The sample 400 key informants consist of administrators, teachers, and school personnel from 16 educational institutes; they were selected by multi-stage sampling. The instrument was questionnaire with .958 of reliability.  The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The research results were found that; 


  1. The organization development to be the driven organization by innovation culture as overall and all aspect were at high level.

  2. The factors affecting the organization development to be the driven organization by innovation culture as overall was at high level, considering each aspect was high level as well raking mean from highest to lowest ; the operating system promotes operations to be able to perform quickly, the computer program/software to help data storage/analysis and data processing and quality assurance, the sufficient budget for the development of innovation/technology and program systems, the recruitment of knowledgeable/skilled personnel for innovation and technology, the information system/educational administration program covers all departments, the innovations/technology and software for faster and more quality services, the innovations/programs to help learning and teaching management more interesting and effective, the promoting development of knowledge, abilities and skills of teachers and educational personnel suit to competency, the recruitment who has knowledgeable, capable, expertise in innovation and technology to support operations. The last one was the budget to support software and technology innovation for teaching and services respectively.

  3. The useful suggestions found that; 1)  the executives should play an important role in promoting the development of innovation and technology such as system development, innovation policy, stimulate and promote the development of innovation and technology to increase work efficiency. 2)  Development of quality teaching and learning ;  should promote the teachers to create and develop the teaching and learning innovation  appropriately in order to increase the quality of teaching and learning. 3) Budget sufficiently to support the development of innovations, technology and program systems, and provide personnel with knowledge, ability, expertise in innovation and technology to support all operations, and develop the innovation and technology to support the workload and teaching management.
