Human Resources Development for Thailand 4.0 Policy in Pathumthani Provincial Administrative Organization
Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to study human resource development according to Thailand 4.0 policy of Pathum Thani Provincial Administration Organization 2) to study factors affecting human resource development according to Thailand 4.0 policy of Pathum Thani Provincial Administration Organization and 3) To propose guidelines for human resource development in accordance with Thailand 4.0 policy of the Pathum Thani Provincial Administration Organization This research uses quantitative research methods. The population and the sample group are personnel working within the Pathum Thani Provincial Administration Organization, consisting of civil servants, employees and employees of Pathum Thani Provincial Administration Organization. By using a sample of 224 people in this research Using questionnaires that have been evaluated at the level of 0.923 as a tool for data collection Which received 224 complete questionnaires, representing 100 percent of the sample group Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, variance. And multiple regression analysis methods with statistical significance level of 0.05. The research found that.
