Guideline values against all forms of corruption to the youth in Nakhon Ratchasima Province
Abstract
The purposes of this research are 1) to exam the problems and obstacles in creating values against all forms of corruption 2) to study guideline values against all forms of corruption and 3) to study the methods of creating youth networks in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The area used in this research is Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University because it is a big university with over 25,266 undergraduate students aged between 18-25 years old. The sample group consists of 330 people: student presidents and students who are interested in joining the project. The method used in this research is participatory action research (PAR) it consists of 5 steps: 1) preparation, 2) understanding the problem, 3) configurable solutions to problems 4) operated and 5) evaluation. The result shows that 1) problems and obstacles is (1) individual (2) civil and social system and (3) other external factors such as economic, social, political, and technological development 2) guideline values against all form of corruptions is to follow a sociological theory which believes that social process is an important process which enables individuals to learn to live with others. People who play an important role in socialization and creating values are parents, teachers, friends, monks, and mass media and 3) the method of creating networks against all forms of corruption is (1) have a concerted determination to be anti-corruption partners; (2) disseminate anti-corruption knowledge to non-participants; (3) University supports the anti-corruption program, continuous (4) Become a network against Corruption with the relevant agencies and (5) Facebook Fan Page Nrru anti-corruption to expand the anti-corruption network.
