Abstract

         This research aims 1) to study the management of the people according to the principle of the 4 cathedrals of the executive office of the municipality. 2) To compare the management styles of the four masters according to gender, age, education, and salary. 3) To evaluate the management style of the people according to the principles of virtue 4 and 4) to suggest 4


         The research found that the comparison of the four administrative practices of the administrators of the Municipality of the Northeastern Central Region, including 4 aspects, classified by gender and age, were found to be in accordance with the principle of matrimony. All four aspects were not different. Compared with 4 age groups, classified by age, education, and salary, it was found that the age, education, and salaries were significantly different at the .05 level.


         The suggestion about the management model of masturbation 4 found that executives should manage by supporting their subordinates to progress in the work, followed by the management should not aggravate the other or colleagues. In the municipal office. When others are at fault, and at the very least, executives should be creative leaders.
