Model of Knowledge Management of Family Model According to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy at Chai Badan District, Lop Buri Province
Abstract
This research is a qualitative research and the objectives of this study were 1) to study the knowledge management model family according to the Sufficiency Economy philosophy and 2) to study the factors of success in managing of knowledge in prototype family according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. The target population was divided into 2 groups including 12 key informants with in-depth interviews and 4 key informants in the group discussion by using a selective targeting method. The instruments used in the study included study documents, interview forms and group discussions to confirm the pattern. Analyze data by content analysis.
The research found that 1) the knowledge management model of prototype family based on philosophy of sufficiency economy consists of five key steps: (1) the determination of knowledge include moderateness, rationality, and good immunity under the condition of Knowledge and Morality. (2) Seeking knowledge: there are various learning styles such as learning from social media that from television, Facebook, etc. (3) Informal knowledge creation (4) Individual knowledge management and (5) Knowledge transfer and utilization. There are formal and informal transfer formats, and the knowledge management process is a continuous cycle. 2) Five factors that make knowledge management successful according to the original concept of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy included knowledge of knowledge management, organizational structure, organizational culture, leadership and information systems. Which four main factors that based on the study of conditions affecting knowledge management were organizational Structure, organizational culture, leadership and information systems. By the way, the Knowledge of knowledge management, the model family still has no knowledge about knowledge management.
