Abstract

Background and Aims: Warehouse management is an important part of ABC Company Limited's business operations because it affects customer satisfaction. increasing the efficiency of work and trust in the market The research objectives are (1) to study the warehouse management of ABC Company Limited, and (2) to study the variables that affect the operational efficiency of ABC Company Limited.

Methodology: The population is 438 warehouse employees of ABC Company Limited. The sample group is 209 people. The research tool is a questionnaire. Statistics used in the research include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and multiple regression.

Results: (1) Most of the respondents were male. Education level: Mathayom 6, working in the product receiving department. Have an average monthly income of 10,000 - 20,000 baht. (2) Warehouse management has the best opinions on picking products. and delivery and receipt of goods along with being satisfied with paying for the product It has the highest value in terms of service. Shows trustworthiness and has the most common opinion. and time and costs It shows the importance of services in increasing the efficiency of the company's operations and (3) the variable that has the greatest effect on increasing the efficiency of operations is Product storage (Beta=0.284), followed by product delivery (Beta=0.266) and product distribution (Beta=0.206).

Conclusion: Most of the respondents were male with little work experience, had a high level of education, and had an average monthly income at the middle-level Product storage has the greatest impact on operational efficiency followed by product delivery and payment service is an important way to increase the efficiency of warehouse management. Improving services may be an important first step in increasing the efficiency of warehouse management in the future.
