Strategic Leadership or Strategic Leadership is the ability of a leader to manage an organization effectively and to maintain outperforming performance at all times to achieve goals and earn higher returns. The average criterion is the ability of an organization to learn how to perform under complex and different competitive situations. The purposes of this research were 1) to study the strategic leadership of school administrators according to teachers' opinions. And 2) compare the strategic leadership of school administrators based on teachers' opinions classified by work experience, and school size. The population of this research consisted of 320 teachers working in educational institutions under the Sa Kaeo Educational Service Area Office 1. The research tool was a questionnaire on the strategic leadership of school administrators. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that: (1) The overall level of strategic leadership roles of executives was at a high level. And (2) the comparison of strategic leadership roles of school administrators found that; (a) Classified by work experience, the overall difference is statistically significant at the .05 level. And (b) Classified by the size of educational institutes, the overall difference was statistically significant at the .05 level.
