The Assistant district chief officer therefore must know the work according to the law. and must be a person with Moral, doctrine 4 principle follows: Self-rule, people domination, job domination, and good governance to perform official duties following the rules and regulations meet the real needs of the people and suitable for missions, duties, people, areas according to the guidelines of the governor.
