Guideline for Promoting the Administation of the Student Care System According to the Quality Cycle of the School under Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The research objectives were: 1) the study the administation of the student care system according to the quality cycle of the school ; 2) to compare the teachers’ opinion on the administation of the student care system according to the quality cycle of the school classified by gender, age, education level, work experience, and school size; and 3) to explore the guidelines for promoting the administation of the student care system according to the quality cycle of the school under Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples consisted of 297 teachers selected by stratified random sampling according to school size. The research instrument was a questionnaire with content validity, IOC values between .67-1.00, a reliability value of 0.99, the researcher collected data through structured interviews with five experts. The data analysis used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, LSD, and content analysis.
The results of the research were as follows; 1) study the administation of the student care system according to the quality cycle of the school was at the highest level overall and in specific aspects, ranked as student promotion and development, individual student recognition, prevention and problem-solving, student transferring, and student screening. 2) The comparison of teachers’ opinion classified by gender, education level, and school size showed statistically significant at the .01 level in overall and in specific aspects, classified by age showed significant differences at the .05 level overall but no difference in the aspect of individual student recognition, work experience, show no differences. 3) The guidelines for promoting the administation of the student care system according to the quality cycle of the school were: schools should develop and utilize comprehensive student information, continuously and clearly screen and classify students, promote positive interventions and group students according to their interests or aptitudes, foster the development of students’ potential based on their individual abilities, and should appropriately refer students to relevant support service
