การใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ในโครงการคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษา ของครูบรรณารักษ์โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ในโครงการคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษาของครูบรรณารักษ์โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ของครูบรรณารักษ์ตามขนาดของโรงเรียน (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ของครูบรรณารักษ์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูบรรณารักษ์โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 205 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ เฉ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ครูบรรณารักษ์มีการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษาทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือด้านบริหาร ด้านบริการ และด้านเทคนิค มีการใช้งานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) การเปรียบเทียบการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษาของครูบรรณารักษ์ตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 (3) ครูบรรณารักษ์มีปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ในโครงการคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษาทั้ง 3 ด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

Utilization of computer in the computer-based education project of teacher librarians at the elementary school Under the Jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

The objectives of this research are 1) computer utilization in the computer-based education’ project of elementary school teacher librarians under the supervision of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration 2) comparison of computer utilization by school sizes 3) to study the problems and obstacles of computer utilization in this project. Population in the study were 205 teacher librarians at the elementary schools who were involved by this project. Statistical instrument used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA).

The study can be summarized as fallowed: by teacher librarians 1) Computer utilization in 3 aspects; administration, service and technique were in moderate level. 2) In comparison of school sizes, regarding the use of computers it was found that there was significant difference at the level of .05. 3) In term of problems and obstacles to the use of computers, there were at moderate level.
