A Supporting Program of Animation Screenwriting Using an Ontology Knowledge Base to Improve Synthetic Thinking

Abstract

     The objectives of this research were to (1) study the conditions of information services of Thai Woman empowerment Funds Office in Samuthsakhon Province and (2) study the needs for developing information services of Thai Woman empowerment Funds Office in Samuthsakhon Province. This study employed mixed methods research. The population consisted of 102,392 personal member and women’s organization member of Thai Woman empowerment Funds Office and 12  fund driven working group in Samuthsakhon Province. A sample group of 443 members were selected via multi stage sampling. A tool employed in this research was questionnaires and semi-structure interviews. Quantitative data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and content analysis was used for qualitative data analysis

     The research findings were summarized as follows: (1) The conditions of information services of Thai Woman empowerment Funds Office in Samuthsakhon Province were overall at a high level.  When classified by aspects, it was found that there was a high level of information search service from the database, followed by manuals and documents for writing projects for borrowing funds, and information on the operation of the Fund (2) the needs for developing information services of Thai Woman empowerment Funds Office in Samuthsakhon Province were rapidness information and reference services,  followed by the preparation of a short document on the benefits of the fund members Including the preparation of reports, statistics and basic  information linked to the Fund. and  adding service channels through social media such as creating a YouTube channel  for information dissemination of the Fund.
