Monitoring and Evaluation of Project According to the Strategic Plan for Sustainable Education Development Fiscal Year 2021 Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the level of monitoring and evaluation of the project according to the Strategic Plan for Sustainable Education Development Fiscal Year 2021, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University 2) To study the model for monitoring and evaluating the project according to the educational development strategy plan for sustainability of Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University and 3) To confirm the project monitoring and evaluation model according according to the educational development strategy plan. for sustainability of Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University. The research instrument were interview forms and questionnaires. The samples used were research project practitioners and service recipients and/or research participants received a scholarship from Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University Fiscal Year 2021 under a research project, monitoring and evaluation of a research project funded by Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University, totaling 622 people. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation Exploratory Factor analysis and Connoisseurship.

The research findings were as follows: 1) the level of monitoring and evaluation of the project according to the Strategic Plan for Educational Development for Sustainability Fiscal Year 2021, Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University, including 4 aspects at a high level When considering each aspect, it was found that the context aspect had the highest average, followed by the productivity aspect have the lowest average. 2) Project monitoring and evaluation model according to the Strategic Plan for Sustainable Education Development of Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University consisted of 9 components arranged in descending order of weight, namely: (1) planning (2) implementation structure (3) operation (4) coordination (5) determination responsibilities (6) promotion and development (7) organizing activities (8) results of operations and (9) clarity of materiality in the project. and 3) The confirmation of the project monitoring and evaluation model according to the Strategic Plan for Sustainable Education Development of Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University. The experts agree that is accuracy standards, propriety standards, feasibility standards and utility standards.
