การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร : Leadership Development of School Administrators Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 in Bangkok

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

        การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยวิจัยแบบวิธีผสมผสานโดยการผนวกอรรถประโยชน์จากทั้งการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณเข้าด้วยกัน

        ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร มีภาวะผู้นำในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) องค์ประกอบของการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร มีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.58 – 0.79 โดยทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ประกอบไปด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ด้านการมีอิทธิพลเชิงอุดมการณ์ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นเอกัตถะบุคคล ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา และด้านการเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการ 3) การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยสร้างโดยจัดทำร่างรูปแบบกำหนดวางกรอบหลักตามแนวทางวิธีการระบบ คือปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ และผลลัพธ์

Abstract

        The purposes of this research were to develop the leadership of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office 2 in Bangkok. The researcher conducted the research by mix method approach of integrating the utility of both qualitative and quantitative research together.

         The findings were found that: 1) school administrators under the secondary educational service area office 2 in Bangkok had overall leadership at a high level; 2) they consisted of three main elements of leadership development of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office 2 in Bangkok which with values ​​were between 0.58 and 0.79. All aspects were positively correlated at the .05 level. They were inspirational, ideological influence, taking into account individuality, intellectual stimulation, and being academic leadership; 3) the researcher created the leadership development of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office 2 in Bangkok by drafting a framework that defines the framework based on the system approach, they consisted of input, process and output.
