องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยี และอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร : Factors of Administrator Competency in Private Technology and Vocational College in Bangkok

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

        การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อยืนยันองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาที่อยู่ในกลุ่มกรุงเทพมหานคร ในปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 75 วิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาที่อยู่ในกลุ่มกรุงเทพมหานคร ในปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 64 วิทยาลัย ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และเจ้าหน้าที่ รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 320 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-stage sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (Exploratory Factor Analysis: EFA) และการประเมินโดยให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทำฉันทามติ (Connoisseurship)

 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่มีประสิทธิผลทั้งหมดมี 8 องค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ 1) สมรรถนะด้านวิชาชีพและการบริหาร 2) สมรรถนะด้านภาวะผู้นำและการจัดการ 3) สมรรถนะด้านแก้ปัญหาในองค์กร 4) สมรรถนะด้านการวางแผนและการประกันคุณภาพ 5) สมรรถนะด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ 6) สมรรถนะด้านการสื่อสารในองค์กร 7) สมรรถนะด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม 8) สมรรถนะด้านการสร้างภาพลักษณ์องค์กร
2. องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่มีประสิทธิผล ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบสำคัญ 8 องค์ประกอบ มีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสม เป็นไปได้ และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้ สอดคล้องกับกรอบแนวคิด ทฤษฎีของการวิจัย

Abstract

        The purposes of this research were to: 1) determine the factors of administrator competency in private technology and vocational college in Bangkok and 2) verify the factors of administrator competency in private technology and vocational college in Bangkok. The population of this study was 75 college’s in academic year 2014. The samples, a multi-stage sampling, of this study were 64 colleges in academic year 2014. The respondents were administrators, teachers and staff of Private Technological and Vocational College in Bangkok, Thailand, totally 320 people. The research instrument was the check list form and the 5-point rating scale questionnaire with reliability of 0.95.        The statistics used for analyzing the data were content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, the exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and the finding was confirmed by the connoisseurship.

The findings were found that:

1. The factors of administrator competency in private technology and vocational college in Bangkok had 8 components which were: 1) professional and administrative competency 2) leadership and management competency 3) problem–solving competency 4) planning and quality management competency 5) functional competency 6) communicational competency 7) moral and ethical competency and 8) image building competency.
2. The verification of factors of administrator competency in private technology and vocational college in Bangkok had 8 components and was found appropriate accurate and accordance with the research conceptual framework.
