การจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วน ตำบลบางน้ำผึ้ง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ : The Eco-tourism Management of Bangnampheung Sub-district Administrative Organization in Samutprakarn Province

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

        การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยการจัดการและการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางน้ำผึ้ง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางน้ำผึ้ง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นข้าราชการ พนักงานองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางน้ำผึ้ง กำนันผู้ใหญ่บ้านและประชาชน จำนวน 393 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับชนิดตรวจสอบรายการ  สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติถดถอยพหุ 

        ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

        1) ปัจจัยการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางน้ำผึ้ง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยภาพรวมเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากและการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางน้ำผึ้ง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการโดยภาพรวมมีความสำเร็จอยู่ในระดับมาก

        2) ปัจจัยการจัดการท่องเที่ยว ด้านการควบคุม การจัดองค์การ การสั่งการและการวางแผนมีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางน้ำผึ้ง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Absract

          The purposes of this research were 1) to study the factors affecting the management and the management of eco-tourism of Bangnampheung Sub-district Administrative Organization in Samutprakarn Province 2) to study the relation between the factors and the managementofeco-tourism. The sample included 393 government officials, employees,  village heads and people. Data were collected by using 5-point rating scale questionnaire and checklist and were statistically analyzed in percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.

          The findings revealed as follows.

1. The factors affecting the management and the management of eco-tourism of Bangnampheung Sub-district Administrative Organization in Samutprakarn Province were generally found at the high level, and the achievement in management of eco-tourism was generally found at the high level.
2. Controlling, Organizing, Directing, and Planning were related to the achievement in management of eco-tourism Bangnampheung Sub-district Administrative Organization in Samutprakarn Province.
