ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลสำเร็จในการบริหารธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง : Success Factors for the Achievement of SMEs Related to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy

        การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สำรวจปัจจัยคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม การจัดการองค์กร ปัจจัยสิ่งแวดล้อม ปัจจัยการบริหารธุรกิจตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงผลสำเร็จของธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง (2) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ปัจจัยการจัดการองค์กรปัจจัยสิ่งแวดล้อม ปัจจัยการบริหารธุรกิจตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมีผลต่อผลสำเร็จของธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมตามแนวคิดปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยใช้เทคนิคแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ และวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาจำนวน 181 ตัวอย่าง สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาสถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard deviation-S.D.) สถิติเชิงอนุมาน (Inferential statistics analysis) และใช้การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis)

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้ตอบแบบถามมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม การจัดการองค์กร ปัจจัยสิ่งแวดล้อม ปัจจัยการบริหารธุรกิจตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงผลสำเร็จของธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ปัจจัยการจัดการองค์กรปัจจัยสิ่งแวดล้อม มีผลทางลบ ไม่มีผลต่อผลสำเร็จของธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง พบว่าปัจจัยการบริหารธุรกิจตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมีผลต่อผลสำเร็จของธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ทางบวกโดยให้ความสำคัญด้านการตลาด ด้านการเงิน ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล เป็นสำคัญ โดยมีค่าสถิติ F=16.282, Sig.=0.000, R=.520, R²=.270, AdjR²=.244

Abstract

        This research aims to (1) survey the factors of executives SMEs, the organizational management, the environmental factors, factors of business administration to the sufficiency economy philosophy, and the achievement of SMEs related to the sufficiency economy philosophy,  (2) analyze the factors of executives SMEs, the organizational management, the environmental factors, factors of business administration to the sufficiency economy philosophy those affect the achievement of SMEs related to the sufficiency economy philosophy. This is an integrated research using both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. The total of 181 samples was collected. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics of percentage,mean, and standard deviation (S.D.), and inferential statistic of multiple regression analysis.

        The research revealed that; (1) the factors of executives SMEs, the organizational management, the environmental factors, factors of Business Administration to the sufficiency economy philosophy, and the achievement of SMEs related to the sufficiency economy philosophy, and the achievement of SMEs related to the sufficiency economy philosophy were mostly at high level. (2) The analysis of the factors of executives SMEs, the organizational management, the environmental factors, showed negative effects, and has no effect on the achievement of SMEs related to the sufficiency economy philosophy. Factors of business administration to thesufficiency economy philosophy had a positive effect onthe achievement of SMEs related to the sufficiency economy philosophy by focusing on marketing, finance, and human resources. The important statistical values were F= 16.282, Sig. = 0.000, R= .520, R²= .270, AdjR² = .244.
