บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอมหาชนะชัย จังหวัดยโสธร และ เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอมหาชนะชัย จังหวัดยโสธร การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัย ได้แก่ พนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 218 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ และการหาค่าร้อยละ และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอมหาชนะชัย จังหวัดยโสธร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (=4.38) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (
=4.68) รองลงมาคือปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน (
=4.24) และปัจจัยด้านองค์กร (
=4.22) และ 2) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอมหาชนะชัย จังหวัดยโสธร ควรมุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพด้านการพัฒนาความรู้ ทักษะ และทัศนคติที่ดีในการบริการสาธารณะ รวมถึงการจัดสรรงบประมาณและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ให้เพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงาน ตลอดจนการสร้างบรรยากาศในการทำงานเกื้อกูลกันระหว่างเพื่อนร่วมงานและผู้บังคับบัญชา
