ตัวแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิต ระดับมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดนครปฐม

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในจังหวัดนครปฐม ตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ของโรงเรียนสาธิตในจังหวัดนครปฐม ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น จำนวน 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ตัวแบบสมการโครงสร้างแบบ CB-SEM ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ตัวแบบเชิงทฤษฎีมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (χ2/df = 1.63, TLI=.95, CFI=.96, RMSEA=.06 และ SRMR=.04) 2) แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ส่งผลต่อทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β=.48) และมาตรฐานทางการศึกษาส่งผลต่อเจตคติต่อการเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β=.66) และเจตคติต่อการเรียนส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β=.84) งานวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู ผู้ปกครอง และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรจัดกิจกรรมที่สนับสนุนแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ เจตคติต่อการเรียน พัฒนาแผนการเรียนและมาตรฐานการศึกษา รวมทั้งพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ที่สนับสนุนทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมของผู้เรียน
