รูปแบบการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ สำหรับโรงเรียนคุณภาพประจำตำบลในจังหวัดขอนแก่น

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ของสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลตัวบ่งชี้สภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และ เสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับโรงเรียนคุณภาพประจำตำบลในจังหวัดขอนแก่นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารและครูของโรงเรียนคุณภาพประจำตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 2 จำนวน 320 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.793 วิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติพื้นฐานและองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันด้วยโปรแกรม Mplus7 ร่างรูปแบบโดยการวิจัยเชิงเอกสาร และประเมินรูปแบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 7 ท่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ มี 4 องค์ประกอบ 12 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ (1) แหล่งเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ (2) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เชิงบวก มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ (3) อิสระภาพทางความคิด มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ และ (4) เครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ของชุมชน มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) โมเดลตัวบ่งชี้สภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่า c2 = 30.683, df = 20, p-value = 0.0595, RMSEA = 0.041, SEMR = 0.016, CFI = 0.997 และ TLI = 0.992 3) รูปแบบการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับโรงเรียนคุณภาพประจำตำบลในจังหวัดขอนแก่น มีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
