ผู้นำทางการศึกษาของอาเซียนในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ. 2560-2569)

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นำทางการศึกษาของอาเซียนในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ. 2560-2569) และทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยแบบ EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Future Research) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจาก 4 ประเทศในอาเซียน ทำการสัมภาษณ์ตัวแทนกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 20 คน วิเคราะห์สังเคราะห์เนื้อหาการสัมภาษณ์และสร้างเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 20 คน เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 2 รอบ แล้วนำผลที่ได้มาจัดสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 7 คน เพื่อยืนยันคุณลักษณะและกำหนดประเด็นและหัวข้อในหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าฐานนิยมและค่าพิสัยระหว่าง ควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะผู้นำทางการศึกษาของอาเซียนในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ.2560-2569) ได้แก่ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะในการบริหารจัดการ ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ส่วนผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมผู้นำทางการศึกษาของอาเซียนในทศวรรษหน้า พบว่า ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความพึงพอใจในการฝึกอบรมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ทุกข้อรายการมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก
