บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพครูโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนจังหวัดสระแก้ว หาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพครูโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนจังหวัดสระแก้ว วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ระยะที่ 2 การออกแบบและพัฒนา ระยะที่ 3 การทดลองภาคสนาม และระยะที่ 4 การศึกษาความคงทน ประชากร ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนจังหวัดสระแก้ว จาก 11 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 250 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนจังหวัดสระแก้ว จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบวัดความรู้ 2) แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติ และ3) แบบวัดเจตคติ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสถิติที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ได้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพครูโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนจังหวัดสระแก้ว จำนวน 4 หน่วย 2) ผลการหาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก มีคะแนนรวมเท่ากับ 510 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.99 ผลการเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความรู้ ทักษะการปฏิบัติ และเจตคติ พบว่า ครูที่เข้ารับการอบรมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และผลการศึกษาความคงทนด้านความรู้ พบว่า ครูที่เข้ารับการอบรมมีความรู้ที่คงทนหลังเสร็จสิ้นการอบรมไปแล้ว 4 สัปดาห์ สูงกว่าหลังการฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
