การพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะวิชาชีพช่างจิ๊กฟิกซ์เจอร์ (Jig & Fixture)

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์สมรรถนะวิชาชีพช่างจิ๊กฟิกซ์เจอร์ และพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะวิชาชีพช่างจิ๊กฟิกซ์เจอร์ การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะได้แก่ 1) การศึกษาความต้องการสำหรับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรม 3) ศึกษาผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมอุตสาหการ ที่ลงทะเบียนรายวิชาการออกแบบอุปกรณ์นำเจาะและจับงาน ประจำปีการศึกษาที่ 2562 จำนวน 14 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความต้องการสำหรับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ แบบทดสอบประเมินความรู้และแบบประเมินทักษะ ระยะเวลาในการวิจัยตั้งแต่เดือนพฤษภาคม 2562 ถึงเดือนพฤษภาคม 2563 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพช่างจิ๊กฟิกซ์เจอร์ประกอบด้วย 5 มอดูลการฝึกอบรม ได้แก่ จุดมุ่งหมายของจิ๊กฟิกซ์เจอร์ ชนิดและหน้าที่ของจิ๊กฟิกซ์เจอร์ การเลือกใช้วัสดุสำหรับจิ๊กฟิกซ์เจอร์ หลักการสร้างจิ๊กและฟิกซ์เจอร์ขั้นพื้นฐาน การเขียนแบบจิ๊กฟิกซ์เจอร์ 2) ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะวิชาชีพช่างจิ๊กฟิกซ์เจอร์ของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม พบว่า ผลคะแนนจากแบบทดสอบหลังการฝึกสมรรถนะสูงกว่าคะแนนทดสอบก่อนการฝึกสมรรถนะอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยที่ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 72 ของกระบวนการเรียน และการทำแบบทดสอบระหว่างเรียนคิดเป็น ร้อยละ 87.50 จากจำนวนผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมทั้งหมด และผู้ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ทั้งหมดมีผลการทดสอบหลังการฝึกอบรมเพิ่มขึ้นจากแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 62.14 ดังนั้นชุดฝึกอบรมมีประสิทธิภาพตามการประเมินหาประสิทธิภาพชุดการสอนและฝึกอบรมด้วยวิธี KW#3 เท่ากับ 87.50/62.14 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์การหาประสิทธิภาพด้วยวิธี KW#3 ที่ 70/60 ผลการประเมินด้านทักษะการเขียนแบบจิ๊กฟิกซ์เจอร์ พบว่าผู้เข้าอบรมทุกคนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ในระดับคะแนนสูงกว่าร้อยละ 80
