บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา อิทธิพลของกระบวนการจัดซื้อ การพยาการณ์การสั่งซื้อ การจัดการทรัพยากรภายนอก ที่มีต่อการบริหารคลังสินค้า และอิทธิพลของกระบวนการจัดซื้อ การบริหารคลังสินค้า และความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานจัดซื้อ ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ของพนักงานฝ่ายจัดซื้อบริษัทบรรจุภัณฑ์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือพนักงานฝ่ายจัดซื้อบริษัทบรรจุภัณฑ์ ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล จำนวน 350 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ผลการศึกษาด้วยสถิติแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง โดยผลการตรวจสอบข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์มีค่าดัชนีความกลมกลืนดังนี้ CMIN/df = 2.14, GFI = 0.910, CFI = 0.966, RMR = 0.102, RMSEA = 0.057 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการจัดซื้อ การพยากรณ์การสั่งซื้อ และการจัดการทรัพยากรภายนอก มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อการบริหารคลังสินค้า นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานจัดซื้อ การบริหารคลังสินค้า และกระบวนการจัดซื้อมีความอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ทั้งนี้ผู้บริหาร และฝ่ายทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในองค์กร สามารถนำผลการวิจัยมาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงขบวนการจัดซื้อ ปรับกลยุทธ์ และนโยบายในขบวนการจัดซื้อ และเพิ่มทักษะบุคลากรฝ่ายจัดซื้อเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารงาน
