The Development of Digital Media with Augmented Reality Based on Constructivist Concept in Advertising Media Production for Diploma Students

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to develop and determine the efficiency of digital media with augmented reality based on constructivist concept in advertising media production for diploma students, to compare the pre-test and post-test learning achievement of the students after learning with digital media with augmented reality based on constructivist concept in advertising media production and to investigate students’ satisfaction toward the development of digital media with augmented reality based on constructivist concept in advertising media production. The sample group consisted of 30 diploma students who enrolled in advertising media production in semester 2/2021 using cluster random sampling. The research instruments were 1) the digital media with augmented reality based on constructivist concept in advertising media production 2) the achievement measurement form in advertising media production subject and 3) the questionnaire of students’ satisfaction towards the development of digital media with augmented reality based on constructivist concept in advertising media production. The data was statistically analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The results found that; 1) the efficiency of digital media with augmented reality was at 82.13/84.42 which was conformable with the set criteria 80/80, 2) the comparison of students’ achievement found that the post learning was higher than the pre-learning with digital media with augmented reality based on constructivist concept in advertising media production significantly different at the .05 level, and 3) the study of students’ satisfaction toward digital media with augmented reality based on constructivist concept in advertising media production found that the overall satisfaction toward digital media with augmented reality was at a high level with the average of ( =4.25 S.D.=0.48)
