Learning process in cultural media production by participation of Maha Sarakham Provincial Community

Abstract
This research aims to study current conditions Problems and to develop and produce cultural media by participation of communities Mahasarakham province. Informational groups are community leaders, philosophers, villagers and people living at Ban Mo, Khwao Subdistrict, Mueang District. 40 people in Mahasarakham province, which were obtained by purposive sampling the tools used in the study were observation, Structured Interviews, group discussion interviews. Summarize and present the research results by describing the analysis. The results showed that the current conditions, problems of the learning process in the production of cultural media. By engaging the community Mahasarakham province which is now the Ban Mo community. The pot has been molded more by receiving orders from various areas that have been ordered to make the pot mold. Ban Mo has produced according to the order list. But because of that the community business is still not able to compete with the new business to its full potential. Therefore, it is necessary to solve problems in creating public relations channels for communities. By allowing the community to learn about the process of creating media to promote their own career groups. The study participants collected data in various contexts. Of the Ban Mo community in the production of various media for the community as the community needs, including video media Photos to introduce products to Facebook. Selling products via the Shopee Later, developed and produced cultural media by community participation. All of this media has been made available to the community and has developed the media. Culture for the community By allowing the community to learn and experiment with the media by themselves The researcher gave knowledge in the preparation of modern media for people in the community. So that the community can apply knowledge and cultural media of this community to disseminate community wisdom and create income for the people in the community in a sustainable manner.
