The The Analysis of the Causal Factors of the Teacher Council of Thailand’s Professional Development of Teacher and Education Personnel with Professional Learning Community

Abstract

       This research aimed to study the cause and effect variables of Thailand's Professional Development of Teacher and Education Personnel with Professional Learning Community project. In addition, this project analyses the causal factors influencing to Thailand's Professional Development of Teacher and Education Personnel with Professional Learning Community project. The samplings were included462 school administrators, teachers and related educational personnel. The sampling size were grouped by criteria determination and comparison with the suitable sample size analysis by G * Power Program. Research instruments were included stratified random samplings, as well as 50-items of questionnaires with a reliability coefficient between 0.88-0.97. The results revealed that the variable with the highest mean was the context (=4.10), while the second rank showing success average value was equal to the sustainability (=3.88) and the impact (=3.86). The lowest mean value of variables were is the problem and obstacles (=2.73). Furthermore, the research results suggested that1) the contextual variables effected to ansignificantly caused negative effect while variables of process positively effect to problematic variables with significant level of statistics.
