Abstract

This research aims to study the following aspects including: connection problems, elements of connective development, a relationship of connective development, and model of development of marketing system connections and integrated logistics 4.0 in industrial business group. Such elements can create a competitive advantage in Nakhon Phanom’s Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The sample of this research is the manufacturing industry in of Nakhon Phanom’s SEZ, which were consisted of two parts: the first part, quantitative research was conducted by the simple sampling of 390 people. The instrument of this research was questionnaires and the reliability value is 0.95. The statistics of this research used mean score, standard deviation, factor analysis. The second part was qualitative research. whichwasconducted by the population of 390 people (leader of a company) and the sampling group was recruited by the multistage sampling method amount to 20 people by an in-depth interview. The results suggested the followings: Firstly, the problems of connection weres consisted of high cost of production 2) some industries lack the knowledge to linking marketing system with logistics systems. Secondly, there were three factors components of linkage development including1) service 2) Distribution 3) Product. Thirdly, the relationship of linkage development that the all the variable were significant.  The final results highlighted the model of development connected to systems of marketing and logistics. The analysis’s results of variables deriving from the new developed model were relevant to the empirical data. The three elements affected to the development of connectivity of marketing and logistics systems in each activity as following the theory. As a result, the industrial groups producing products in Nakhon Phanom’s SEZ should understand the development of connectivity between marketing and logistics systems as for increasing competitive advantage.
