The Development of Happiness at Work Indicators of Elementary School Teachers under the Primary Educational Service Area Offices in the Northeast Region

Abstract

    The purposes of this study were: 1) to develop indicators of happiness at work of primary school teachers under Office of the Basic Education Commission In the Northeast by interviewed 7 academic experts, 2) to check the consistency of the structural model, develop indicators of happiness at work of elementary school teachers Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission In the northeast Developed with empirical data collecting data from school administrators teachers and educational personnel of the year 2020, amount 702 persons, analyze the confirmed data using statistical software, and 3) to create a guidebook for using the indicator Inspected by 5 experts, assess the suitability of the indicator guidebook by using mean and standard deviation. Findings of the study revealed as follows. 1) Happiness at work of primary school teachers Under the office of the Commission Basic education In the Northeast region, there are 6 main components, 21 sub-elements and 81 indicators, As for the indicators, they comprised the following: 21 indicators of work satisfaction, 11 indicators of work success, 11 indicators of quality of work life 12 indicators of organizational culture promoting employment, 12 indicators of work relations, and 14 indicators of human relations at work. 2) The confirmatory factor analysis model of indicator had goodness-of-fit with the empirical data (= 64.75 df = 79, P = 0.88, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.97, RMSEA = 0.00, CN = 1201.00). As for the arrangement of factor loadings of components in descending order, the result were as follows: 1) Work success (0.99) 2) Human relations at work (0.98) Work satisfaction (0.94) Quality of work life (0.88) Work relations (0.84) and 7) In terms of organizational culture promoting work (0.81) respectively and 3) a guidebook for using the indicators the overall suitability is at a high level (=4.49, S.D. = 0.29)
