Abstract
The objective of this research was to study Lamphun digital cultural heritage archive, current conditions and problems of Lamphun digital cultural heritage archive to promote the creative economy, development of the Lamphun digital cultural heritage archive to promote the creative economy. The Sampling group were purposive selection people such as key informants. Tools were survey form, interview guide, observation, focus group discussion and workshop seminar. Data were analyzed by content analysis. The results were as follow:

The collection of archives are traditions, art, culture, history, way of life, local wisdom and ethnic. Almost all of archive are not digitally stored. There are only some places that are created and offered via the website.
Conditions and problems of Lamphun digital cultural heritage archive to promote the creative economy, it is found that most of archive have various knowledge content that are displayed by story, text), image, video, 360 Image, but still lacking operations the promotion of creative economy.

The developed data archive is a prototype and consists of 2 parts, part 1, various knowledge in interesting digital by creating the video and 360-degree virtual reality for stimulate to learning, interest and follow up. This data consists of 4 categories, which are traditions, arts, culture, ancient sites, antiques and local wisdom. Including academic information, 360 ° digital archive or virtual museum, innovation and new products and various assistance services. Part 2 is information about the ways to promote the creative economy by using cultural heritage as knowledge base for development. It is a development and promotion process, there are channels for managing, updating, editing various information or content called the back-office system, so that those people can operate more conveniently.
