The Development of Skills for Building Instruments of Students for Learning Assessment, Teamwork Skills and Learning Achievement in Measurement and Evaluation Educational Using Exercises of Learning Together (LT) Collaborative Learning Model

Abstract

The objectives of the research were to study and compare skills in inventing instruments, teamwork skills, and learning achievement of the university students in “Measurement and Evaluation Educational” before and after using on-going learning exercises of LT collaborative learning model. The sample subjects of the study were twenty-one of undergraduate students at Mahasarakham University. They were selected by cluster random sampling. The research instrument was lesson plans and exercises of LT collaborative learning model, an assessment test of skills in inventing instruments for learning assessment, teamwork skills and learning achievement on the topic of “Constructing Learning Assessment Instruments”. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples. Results of the research were as follows: 1) The skills of the students in inventing an instrument for learning assessment were higher level. 2) The results revealed that the skills of the students in inventing an instrument for learning assessment after using the exercises of LT collaborative learning model were significantly higher than those of before using the exercises at the .05 level. 3) The results revealed that the teamwork skills after using the exercises of LT collaborative learning model were significantly higher than those of before using the exercises at the .05 level. 4) The results revealed that learning achievement after using the exercises of LT collaborative learning model were significantly higher than those of before using the exercises at the .05 level.
