The target group in the interview was to build strategy, being 9 qualified persons, in a case study of schools with administrative processes. Internal quality assurance work with 3 very good scores and 1,436 samples for strategic auditing by opening the tables of Krejcie & Morgan and Simple Random Sampling by determining tolerances. 05 Using the method of selecting the specific machine used in the research for the 5 level estimation questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the research are as follows: 1.
