บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจและพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมพัฒนาศักยภาพการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนบ้านเคียน อำเภอถลาง จังหวัดภูเก็ต รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนการท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 37 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สมาชิกกลุ่มส่วนใหญ่มีแรงจูงใจในการมีส่วนร่วมด้านความสัมพันธ์ ความรักและความเป็นเจ้าของมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด สมาชิกกลุ่มมีพฤติกรรมการให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านการปฏิบัติงานแทนสมาชิกท่านอื่นด้วยความเต็มใจมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด มีพฤติกรรมด้านการมีส่วนร่วมด้านการรับฟังความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่างซึ่งกันและกัน ซึ่งมีค่าเท่ากันกับด้านการร่วมประชาสัมพันธ์กลุ่มการท่องเที่ยว และมีพฤติกรรมด้านการรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ คือ การปฏิบัติงานด้วยความซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต โดยปัจจัยแรงจูงใจที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมพบว่า แรงจูงใจด้านความสัมพันธ์ความรักและความเป็นเจ้าของ และแรงจูงใจด้านความเคารพต่อตัวเอง ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการให้ความช่วยเหลือ แรงจูงใจด้านความปลอดภัย และแรงจูงใจด้านความเคารพต่อตัวเอง ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการให้ความร่วมมือ แรงจูงใจด้านความสัมพันธ์ ความรักและความเป็นเจ้าของ ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการร่วมรับผิดชอบที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปเป็นต้นแบบในการพัฒนาชุมชนท่องเที่ยวที่เริ่มพัฒนาในจังหวัดภูเก็ต หากแต่ในเชิงนโยบายยังมีข้อจำกัดด้านการส่งเสริมกลุ่มแบบต่อเนื่อง ดังนั้น นักจัด การชุมชน องค์การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนชุมชนอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้เป็นชุมชนต้นแบบที่มีการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน
