บทคัดย่อ
การจัดการโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวไร่ เป็นกระบวนการที่มีประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อเกษตรกร เพราะในทุกๆ กิจกรรมล้วนมีความสำคัญที่จะทำให้เกิดความคุ้มค่าในการผลิตข้าวไร่ โดยมีกระบวนการดำเนินงานที่มีความเชื่อมโยงกัน ตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำ กลางน้ำ และปลายน้ำ การวิจัยนี้จึงศึกษาความเชื่อมโยงของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานข้าวไร่ เพื่อวิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหา อุปสรรคของผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานข้าวไร่ และกำหนดแนวทางในการพัฒนาโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานข้าวไร่ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผ่านการสัมภาษณ์ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ กลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวไร่ จำนวน 18 ราย และกลุ่มผู้สนับสนุนการปลูกข้าวไร่ จำนวน 4 ราย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความเชื่อมโยงของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานข้าวไร่ ประกอบด้วย เกษตรกร โรงสี และร้านค้าปลีก 2) ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น ด้านผลผลิตที่ไม่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย และ
3) แนวทางการพัฒนาโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานข้าวไร่ เกษตรกรควรเก็บข้อมูลอัตราการเพิ่มขึ้นของผลผลิตต่อไร่
ในแต่ละรอบ และจะต้องมีวิธีการจัดการกระบวนการเก็บเกี่ยวตามหลักการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ฯ ซึ่งผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ สามารถนำไปกำหนดแผนนโยบายการพัฒนาชุมชน ในการพัฒนาความยั่งยืนด้านอาหาร ตามแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของชุมชนได้อย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของคนในชุมชนต่อไป
