Abstract
The objectives of this survey research were to study the relationship between personal characteristics, human resource management, and performance perceptions of employees at The SUBSINn Office, Suratthani Rajabhat University. The sample included 86 employees at the SUBSINn Office, Suratthani Rajabhat University. Data were collected by using a questionnaire with index of item objective congruence (IOC) of 0.99 and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.96. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t – test, correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings were that organization management regarding departmentalization and human resource management regarding training and development and work design showed a positive correlation with performance perceptions at a statistical significance level of .05.
