Agro-Cultural Tourism Route Development based on Spatial Configuration Analysis in Maha Sawat Riverfront Community, NaKhon Pathom

Abstract
Agro-cultural tourism route development of the Maha Sawat riverfront community, which is an agricultural community, is based on spatial configuration analysis through a movement network. The current research endeavor is based on the concept of urban morphology which combines the space syntax analysis tool and the analysis of socio-cultural characteristics in order to discover the area with the highest potential to be developed into a tourism route that is the most suitable with the movement network of the community. The results revealed that the Maha Sawat Canal proved to be the most effective access route with the existing tourism route. Therefore, it should be the main route to the areas with average to low access rates. Moreover, there should be an expansion route to support growing tourism. The areas with a low access rate should be developed into a support route.
