กลวิธีทางภาษาที่ปรากฏในบทเพลงของคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ

บทคัดย่อ

     บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลวิธีทางภาษาที่คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (คสช.) ใช้สื่อแทนทรรศนะในการกำกับและควบคุมพฤติกรรมของประชาชนในสังคมผ่านบทเพลงคืนความสุขให้ประเทศไทย โดยใช้หลักการวิเคราะห์เชิงวัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์ในมิติทางด้านภาษาผสานกับการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรมในมิติทางสังคม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บทเพลงคืนความสุขให้ประเทศไทยมีการใช้กลวิธีทางภาษาและการปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมในการสร้างความเข้าใจ และการให้ความมั่นใจในการกำกับและควบคุมพฤติกรรมของประชาชนในสังคมด้วยกลวิธีต่างๆ อันประกอบไปด้วย (1) กลวิธีทางศัพท์ เพื่อแสดงสภาพและระดับความสัมพันธ์ ตลอดจนความสำคัญในบริบททางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของผู้ร่วมสื่อสาร  (2) กลวิธีทางวัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์และวาทกรรมเพื่อสื่อความถึงนัยเกี่ยวกับเหตุการณ์ที่ปรากฏมาก่อนหน้าและเป็นการแฝงเจตนาของผู้ส่งสารในตัวบทด้านความคิดเห็นและความคาดหวัง รวมถึงตอกย้ำให้ผู้รับสารเกิดความมั่นใจในความมั่นคงปลอดภัย และ (3) กลวิธีทางวาทศิลป์ โดยใช้บทประพันธ์ซึ่งต้องอาศัยคุณสมบัติทางเสียงและถ้อยคำมาร้อยเรียงให้เกิดความไพเราะ อันเป็นกลวิธีที่ทำให้ผู้รับสารจดจำได้ง่ายและมีความคงทน

     This article presents language strategies used in the patriotic song, Returning Happiness to Thailand, which the Thailand’s military junta, also known as Thailand’s National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO), used to represent their perspectives in directing and regulating Thai people’s behavior.  Through pragmatic and social discourse analysis, it was found that the Thai lyrics have employed language strategies that foster reconciliation and assurance of the Junta’s regulations.  The three main strategies include 1) lexical strategy illustrating social conditions and levels of relationship as well as the importance of social and cultural discourse between interlocutors; 2) discourse–pragmatic strategies that convey the implications of the incident that occurred previously and the underlying intent and expectation of the sender of the text to assure security; and 3)   rhetorical strategy using vocal features and verses that leave a memorable and lasting impression.
