บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสรุปและให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโรคซึมเศร้า (Depressive disorder) ในเด็กและวัยรุ่น โรคออทิสติกสเปกตรัม (ASD) และความทุกข์ใจจากเพศสภาพและเพศที่ไม่สอดคล้อง (Gender Dysphoria and Gender Incongruence) ซึ่งทั้ง 3 โรคนี้ล้วนแล้วแต่ถูกจัดอยู่ในกลุ่มการวินิจฉัยโรคทางจิตเวชทั้งสิ้น โดยโรคซึมเศร้าเป็นความผิดปกติทางอารมณ์ที่สามารถเกิดขึ้นได้ในทุกช่วงวัย ผู้ป่วยมักแสดงอารมณ์เศร้าและสูญเสียความสนใจในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ การรักษามีทั้งการใช้ยาและการทำจิตบำบัด โรคออทิสติกสเปกตรัมเป็นความผิดปกติทางการพัฒนาของสมองที่ส่งผลต่อความสามารถในการสื่อสารและปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ผู้ป่วยมักมีพฤติกรรมและความสนใจจำกัด การรักษารวมถึงการบำบัดพฤติกรรมและการใช้ยา สำหรับความทุกข์ใจจากเพศสภาพนั้น เกิดขึ้นเมื่อมีความไม่ตรงกันระหว่างเพศกำเนิดและอัตลักษณ์ทางเพศ การวินิจฉัยในปัจจุบันใช้เกณฑ์ที่ลดการตีตราและเน้นที่การสนับสนุนทางจิตใจและสังคม ผลการศึกษาเหล่านี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการเข้าใจและให้การดูแลที่เหมาะสมแก่เด็กและวัยรุ่นที่เผชิญกับปัญหาเหล่านี้อย่างครอบคลุมและมีประสิทธิภาพ
