บทคัดย่อ

การพัฒนารูปแบบและกระบวนการในการสร้างเสริมศีลธรรม คุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพทางการศึกษายึดหลัก 6 ประการได้แก่ ความแตกต่างตามช่วงเวลาก่อน ระหว่างและหลังออกจากวิชาชีพ ความแตกต่างตามวัยวุฒิ ความแตกต่างตามคุณวุฒิ ความแตกต่างตามบทบาท/หน้าที่ การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมจากทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องในการควบคุมดูแลศีลธรรม คุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพทางการศึกษา และความแตกต่างทางศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม ทั้งนี้รูปแบบและกระบวนการดังกล่าวจะแปรผันไปตามประเภทของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพทางการศึกษา ได้แก่ ครู ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารการศึกษา และศึกษานิเทศก์

The following 6 principles are adhered to when designing the pattern and carrying the process of morality enhancement: the principle of the differences according to the interval prior to, during joining and after retiring from the profession; the principle of the differences according to the seniority; the principle of the differences according to the academic qualification; the principle of the differences according to the role/duty; the principle of the promotion on the participations of  all sectors in monitoring controls over the morality, virtue, and ethics of persons engaged in educational professions and the principle of the diversifications on the religion and culture. In this respect, the pattern and process of the enhancement on the morality, etc., will vary according to persons engaged in the category of educational professions which are teachers, educational institute administrators, educational administrators and educational supervisors.
