Issues Encountered in the Development of Business English CALL Materials for Undergraduates

บทคัดย่อ

The intention of the writer is to give readers an idea of some of the issues that are likely to be encountered in the development and implementation of university CALL material. The history of the writer’s involvement with the development of Business English CALL material is recounted. Objections from students are examined and their resolution explained. The thinking behind the courses is explained and their structure and content described. The method of assessment is explained along with problems encountered with the courses in general and assessment in particular.
