INTEGRATING PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT WITH ECONOMICS, LAW AND MANAGEMENT

This academic article focuses on analyzing the relationship between law, economics, and management in public administration and local development, taking into account the importance of all three disciplines in public policymaking, responding to social changes in the globalization era, and the need for interdisciplinary research to understand complex social problems. It also analyzes the integration of these disciplines so that they can be applied in real-world management. It found that the roles of law as a tool to determine the mechanism of society, economics as the foundation of social structure, and management as a process of policymaking and social administration, and the integration of these disciplines are important factors that make public administration and local development effective, efficient, transparent, and responsive to the needs of the people. However, the advantages and precautions in linking these three disciplines together must be considered and implemented thoroughly, appropriately, and consistently.
