ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING THE EFFICIENCY OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF TEACHERS IN THE 21ST CENTURY UNDER THE SISAKET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

Objectives of this research article were: 1. To study the level of administrative skills of school administrators. 2. To study the effectiveness of teachers’ learning management in the 21 st century. 3. To study the relationship between administrative skills of school administrators and the effectiveness of learning management of teachers in the 21 st century. 4. To study the management skills of school administrators that affected teachers’ learning management effectiveness in the 21 st century. The samples consisted of 310 school administrators and teachers. The instrument used for data collection was questionnaires with a reliability value of 0.979. Statistics used in data analysis were such as mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The results showed that 1. The overall level of administrative skills of educational institute administrators was at a high level. 2. The overall level of learning management effectiveness of teachers in the 21 st century was at a high level. 3. There was a positive relationship between administrative skills of school administrators and teachers, learning management effectiveness in the 21st century at a relatively high level with the statistically significant level of 0.01 with a correlation coefficient of 0.774. 4. Administrative skills of school administrators could predict the effectiveness of teachers’ learning management in the 21st century by 59.80 percent, written in a forecasting equation in the form of raw scores as follows:  = 1.945 + 0.326X₁ + 0.389X₄ - 0.463X₅ + 0.303X₆.
